Groundbreaking for Northwestern Connecticut Community College Joyner Health Science Center

 

October 2016 – Downes Construction Company is proud to serve as the Construction Administrator for the new two-story, 24,400 square foot Joyner Health Science Center on Northwestern Connecticut Community College’s Campus. The new facility includes increased workspace and technology for NCCC’s Healthcare students and enrollees of Veterinary Technician program, the only program of its kind offered in the state of Connecticut. Construction also includes the total demolition of the existing structure, as well as the installation of an additional parking lot. The project is scheduled to be completed for June 2017.
